Open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner, lunch on Sunday only. Closed three weeks in August and the last week in December. This elegant restaurant is considered one of the best in Fontainebleau, with contemporary French cuisine and a large wine cellar. The dining room is decorated in Empire style with beautiful frescoes on the walls. Brunch is served on Sunday afternoons.
